Stefan Dziarski
Partner, Co-Head of Permira Growth Opportunities
Stefan is Co-Head of Permira Growth Opportunities. He serves on the Permira Growth Opportunities Investment Committee and also chairs the Permira Growth Opportunities Portfolio Review Committee. He focuses on buyout and non-control growth investment opportunities in the Technology sector, specialising in software and consumer digital.
Stefan has worked on a number of transactions including Adevinta, Ancestry, BestSecret, BioCatch, Cielo, Evelyn Partners, FlixBus, FullStory, Klarna, McAfee, Nexthink, P&I, ProSiebenSat.1, SonarSource and TeamViewer. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Adevinta, BioCatch, FlixBus, McAfee and P&I.
Prior to joining Permira, Stefan worked as an Associate in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in New York and Hong Kong. He was part of Citigroup’s New York Media and Telecom M&A practice and was previously part of Citigroup’s Asia Pacific Technology practice.

Qualifications
Stefan has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the European Business School, Germany. He also studied at Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, as well as the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
