Dr. Martens Management Change

Dr. Martens, the iconic British footwear brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, Steve Murray and a new Chief Financial Officer, Henrik Holmark. David Suddens, currently CEO, will become Non-Executive Chairman.

Steve joins Dr. Martens from Deckers Outdoor, where he has spent the last three years as President of EMEA. Prior to that, Steve was President of VF Corp's Action Sports Coalition, responsible for the Vans, Reef and Pro Tec brands - which followed eleven years in various executive positions at Vans, including six as Brand President. Earlier in his career, Steve spent several years with Reebok, latterly as head of Global Apparel. Steve will join Dr. Martens in October.

Henrik has been CFO at Pandora A/S since 2009. Formerly he was a Partner at Ernst & Young Advisory Services and prior to that CFO at Zensys A/S. Henrik will join Dr. Martens at the end of 2014.
