Hiti provides management and administrative services to the Luxembourg holding companies comprising part of the Permira funds’ portfolio.
Prior to joining Permira, Hiti worked for Intertrust Luxembourg as Relationship Manager Legal and Corporate for 3 years. Prior to that Hiti worked as an in-house Legal Counsel for several companies in India.

Qualifications
Hiti holds a Master’s degree in Financial and Commercial Law from King’s College London and a is a qualified Corporate Secretary.
