Lydia focuses on legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds.
Prior to joining Permira, Lydia worked for Goodwin Procter in the UK as an associate in the Private Investment Funds practice and Private Equity group for five years. She undertook her training contract in the International Funds team at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin).

Qualifications
Lydia holds a degree in Management Studies from the University of Nottingham, England and a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law, England.
