Phil is Co-Head of Permira Growth Opportunities. He focuses on investment opportunities in the Technology sector specialising in software and internet/e-commerce technologies.
He serves on the Permira Growth Opportunities Investment Committee. He has worked on a number of transactions including Allegro, Ancestry, CommentSold, Engine, FullStory, G2, Genesys, GWI, Housecall Pro, Klarna, Magento, Mirakl, Mutant, P&I, Pepperjam, Salsify, Seismic, Sysdig and TeamViewer. He serves or has served as a Non-Executive Director at Allegro, Genesys, Mutant, Magento, Pepperjam and TeamViewer.
Phil is an Investment lead for our social impact partnership with The Arc Tampa Bay, a charity partner with the Permira Foundation.
Prior to joining Permira, Phil was an investment principal at RJ Capital, a mid-market private equity fund. Before that, he worked at Francisco Partners, a technology-focused private equity fund, and Bain & Company.

Qualifications
Phil has a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA.
