Caroline is the Chief Human Resources Officer, focusing on strategic projects and operational support for the people of Permira and advising on talent matters in relation to the portfolio companies. She also serves on the Firm Operations Committee. Caroline is a member of the Board of Trustees for Teach First.
Prior to joining Permira, Caroline was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, spending 11 years in the Human Capital Management and Legal Department. Previously, she was a lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Slaughter and May.
