Karen Peacock

Karen Peacock is a board member of Dropbox, former GM and SVP at Intuit and the former CEO of Intercom.
Karen spent 14 years with Intuit, where she was the General Manager of one of Intuit's largest businesses and Senior Vice President of Small Business. She was responsible for all of Intuit’s products and services for small business, including QuickBooks accounting, payroll and payments. There, she helped build one of the world’s largest SaaS product lines and grew it to almost $3B in revenue.
Karen then joined Intercom where she grew revenue over 5x and turned the company profitable. Intercom was named one of the world’s best private cloud companies by Forbes in their Cloud 100 for all five years that Karen was at the company.

Qualifications
Karen has a background in AI & Machine Learning and received an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
