Kathryn is a member of the Human Resources team. She focuses on recruiting and human resources operations in North America.
Prior to joining Permira, for thirteen years, Kathryn worked as a Human Resources Generalist for Moore Capital Management, a hedge fund in New York City. Among other things, her primary responsibilities included recruiting, on boarding, employment-based immigration, and talent/performance management.

Qualifications
Kathryn holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Marist College in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Marketing. She was a Global Studies minor.
