Nancy Lewis

Nancy Lewis currently works as a Senior Advisor for Permira. She is an experienced board member and trusted business partner to financial sponsors and executives across a broad range of business categories and industries. She has worked as an advisor for financial sponsors for seven years evaluating and handling "due diligence" on specific targeted companies as well as operational development of their portfolio companies including integration, technology, systems and process improvement. Prior to moving into advisory Nancy was on the Executive Board and the Chief Operating Officer of Intertrust Group post the acquisition of Walkers Management Services (“WMS”). At WMS Nancy was the CEO responsible for the group’s global operations and led the divestment of WMS from Walkers Law Firm. Prior to joining WMS, Nancy was the Director of Operations, Western Canada for Olsten Health Services (now Kindred Health Care).

Nancy is also an active member for Women Corporate Directors Foundation, the only global membership organization and community of women corporate directors. Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada.
