Raj is an Executive in Residence at Permira, where he advises portfolio company management teams on technology and product with a focus on execution and innovation.
Raj brings over 30 years of diverse, global, large-scale experience to Permira, having led numerous prominent enterprise SaaS companies and tier one consumer internet companies. Prior to joining Permira, Raj served as CTO of Multicloud at Genesys, a Permira fund portfolio company and leader in the customer experience space, generating approximately $1 billion in revenue.
Prior to Genesys, Raj built an impressive track record in driving product and technology transformations through working with some of the largest SaaS companies globally. His career includes notable senior roles at Workday, Symantec, Pinterest, Salesforce, and Cisco, among others. Raj has also been on the board of a public company for five years.
